With the diversity and flexibility of our organization, we
can provide one or all of these services for a particular product. And utilizing
our multi-plant capacity, we can manufacture that product at a geographical location
that will expedite its delivery to our customer's plant or warehouse.
The product cycle begins with our technical personnel which includes mechanical, design and tooling engineers. Working in conjunction with our customer's staff, they design the product. We offer full model shop capabilities so parts can be prototyped prior to manufacturing. Then, the tooling and machinery to make that product is designed and built. If required, a coating is applied to give the product and attractive, durable finish.
Our speciality is designing and manufacturing high-volume, complex wire forms. Our design engineers are experts in this area. Many times a customer will come to Nestaway only with an idea, asking us to design it and make it a reality.
